The Christian world, saturated with
Ads about themself.
Healer, miracles, great teachers.
You’d think God needed help.
Apostle Paul referred to self
As a prisoner or slave.
That seems to be a grander style,
For how we should behave.
While I believe in miracles
And know His gifts will stand,
I dare not take the credit for
Those given by His hand.
So when we list our name and such,
In humble, grateful way,
Let’s say, our God is the one
Who will be meeting you today.
